On June 7, 2019 I requested a withdrawal of 800.00 dollars by electronic wire/e-check payment. I sent all my banking info and documents that the Casino requested and on July 17, 2019 I received an email that my account has now been completely verified and updated. I waited for about 3 weeks and never received my withdrawal payment and I made contact with the casino and that’s when the delay tactics started. A person named Ray email me requesting the same info again and I sent him all my banking and documents to him. After a month or so another person named Aaron emailed me and wanted to escalate my withdrawal payment but he also requested info that I had already provided to the casino several times but I sent him the info again thinking that this time I would finally get my withdrawal payment. I sent Aaron 4/5 emails and never received an answer back and I could not access my account because I was blocked out. On September 30, 2019 I had a live chat and explained to the agent the problem I was having trying to withdraw my 800.00 dollars. He advised me that Slots of Vegas had revoked/cancelled my account and my 800.00 dollars was withdrawn. I asked the agent why my account was cancelled and who withdrew my 800.00 dollars. The agent advised me that his manager or him could not provide any more information and closed the live chat. Slots of Vegas closed my account and stole my 800.00 dollars.

Slots of Vegas is a despicable casino. They just absolutely refuse to pay. I made a Bitcoin deposit with a 250% match coupon. I cashed out at $1875.30. This was 8/15/19. On 8/30/2019, they sent a partial payment of $1250. Now, that's great, please don't misunderstand me. But there's a $625 difference and if I OWED them $625, the $1200 would be irrelevant and I'd be in court over $625. Because they want their money. As do I. I've lost plenty of money without complaint so when I win, I want what I won. So according to my account records, someone took it upon themselves to alter my remaining balance from a Bitcoin withdrawal to a check withdrawal. I would never opt for a check. Weeks go by, I don't see the money. During chat sessions with several different agents, (they no longer have customer support by phone. Hmmmm...) I was told: 1) There was no withdrawal request aside from the $1250. 2) It was taking an unusually long time to process because of the large volume of pending withdrawals. 3) My withdrawal request in the amount of $421 was being escalated to the finance department. 4) One agent just disconnected in the middle of the chat without providing any assistance at all. And finally 5) I needed to send them my full name, crypto address and other info in order to process. It's the same as it was last month, the same that its been during the entire time I've been inquiring about this situation. 1875-1250 is 625. My match came with free spins from which I won $90. Taking this $90 would leave $525. Where they got $421 from I have not a clue. Either way, this was one winning on 8/15/2019. It is now 9/30/2019 and just a few moments ago I was told to send them my personal info again. I'm sure I wont see the money.

i signed up through your site to slots of vegas and upon registration i didnt get my $135 + 10FS No deposit bonus at all. Ive even tried to use the bonus code FREAKFREE and it tells me the bonus code can't be used at this time.

My 1st of winnings of 6k, I never recvd, they took so long and little by little they put it back into my acct, On 3/33 I won reqstd my winnings and still nothing, on apr I won reqsted my winngs and again nothing. I have emailed, sent all my info, tried to speak with someone and nothing, not even in the chat. I will not recommend, nor play "Slots of Vegas" . To me it's a scam. And now by fri if I don't get my winnings I will escalate, I refuse to have them put back into my acct for no reason.

They have a bonus system set to prevent you from withdrawing money. There are multiple ways for them to say you broke the rules. I deposited using one of there bonuses. The bonus would not allow you to play anything other than slots and keno.It had a playthrough. It would lock you out of all other games until you met the playthrough.Thats just a trick. Once you complete the playthrough the prohibited games unlock. but......If you play them you are now in violation of the rules because you played a non keno/ slots game. Your set for failure. Please find a reputable site. They are out there. Just not this one.
