This casino lulled me in with some false advertising . I was excited to play my first caskno from the site on a $15, prominetly displayed ad veiwable on the sites webpage. I filled out my information which im sure is the point of the TRAP, only to be told that there was no bonus code. I told thm about the advertisement on their welcome page and no response gave me the bonus i feel i am due. They were completly unwilling to stand by their word. So i ask you 24VIP, how then can we trust you with our money if you cant be trusted on your word.Do NOT put money on this site you will not see a return.

I have a few accounts with different casinos and over the years I have probably used most of the well known ones. Never have I experienced such an issue with withdrawing my money. Not only is the withdrawal process an absolute disaster, the customer service is by far the worst I have ever received. I have worked in events & catering (and as a manager for 10 years) my whole life and I definitely know the difference between great/good & poor customer service and theirs is diabolical. They request you fill out a fax back form. With your full card number. As far as I am aware this is a huge breach of data protection as I have always been trained that companies can not keep a record of people's card details. This form states clearly card number / account number. Obviously not willing to put my card number down I chose to put my account number. Only to be very rudely told by someone that the reason I hadn't received my money was that "so you can go and report it to anyone you like because it is your fault for being disorganized. Send the documents now" who in their right mind just sends their card number to someone never mind a casino that is not very well known, and ridiculously rude to their customers, very quick to take money without any authentication but does everything possible to make you give up attempting to withdraw. Do not use!

24VIP Casino (owned by Superior Gaming, operator of Superior Casino) deceitfully tried to withhold my blackjack winnings from me. I was up about $2,300 in blackjack winnings over about six weeks on 24VIP and Superior combined. I requested a bitcoin withdrawal of my approx. $400 balance from 24VIP, only to get an improper notice saying my request exceeded withdrawal limits. I complained via email and was told (falsely) that their withdrawal system was working properly for me. I tried making the same withdrawal daily, several times a day, but continued to get the same errant notice. I sent several polite emails requesting 24VIP remedy the issue, over a period of five days, but 24VIP systematically ignored my emails. Finally, on the sixth day, 24VIP allowed my withdrawal request (but still took another three days to actually process it out). Despite this, 24VIP never responded to my emails or explained the reason for its denials and delays.

I played on this site to find out it is not actually allowed to let players from the UK play. I put a lot of money into the site to find out that it is not licenced by the UK gambling commission. All gambling sites are required to sign up to it. Spoke to customer support and they were rude and didn't answer my questions asking about the licence. Would not recommend.

Would not recommend the casino as it has some very strange rules at the time of withdrawl, you need to make a 25$ deposit and you can withdraw only $50. Also you have to send your id copy of credit card etc... When netteller etv already do this why cant they deposit the money straight to my account and why an upper cap of $50 on my winning when i have met the wagering requirements. BLACK medal for me
