Guys don't play in RTG game . Simply wast of time. I was playing sloto cash and using no deposit bonus I wagere and made 180 dollar. For verification I send all of my documents and after seven days they reply that kindly send the document again . Simply they will excuse that this document is not clear that documents is not clear like that . again I send all the documents on 13th may till now not a reply from them.threr intention is not to pay . It has been 1 month it's going on . So from my experience I have seen don't wast time by playing rtg .if u really want to play casino play in big brands like bet 365 ,betway they are so good

Just got screwed out of $1500.00 by slotocash cause they dont allow players to redeem bonus's while having a withdraw in process. Even if its a bonus made eligible for by depositing. I deposited $27 redeeming a bonus of 100% match bonus and 100 free spins. On top of that for being a sunday depositor I was eligible to redeem another 100 free spins. Only able to be redeemed on sunday though. So i made my deposit of $27 and got the 100% match and played my 100 spins. Ended up with a balance of a little over $100 and total playthrough to redeem any winnings was a little over $3000.00. Well I meet the playthrough with $2000.00 left, ended up losing $500 before cashing out at $1575.00. Put in the withdraw request and the balance was taken from my account. 

Now beings it was sunday, and part of the promo I redeemed made me eligible for 100 free spins bonus for depositing. I redeemed the bonus and went ahead and played it. Lost it. Monday comes they send me an email asking for pic of my bank card and for me to fill out a card verification form before my withdraw can be approved. So I did and sent it back. Now tuesday I get another email denying my payout because of the bonus I claimed after making the withdraw.

They mess with their reels, so it’s impossible to win. Once you hit a high amount suddenly or I honestly think, are flagged as a good player the first time noticed, it will never be possible to have a regularly functioning game again. If you still manage to play and not totally lose out with the warped reels, it will just flat out freeze and / or go out of service. Totally ridiculous and then the staff will tell you the video looks perfectly fine to them, practically laughing in your face. I can’t bekiebr they are so popular.
