Ok so after three withdrawal rejections all to do with my ID documents photos not being clear enough for whatever reason, I finally received my withdrawal!
I was dubious as I had read the reviews, I also initially had the whole ‘you have two other accounts’ however my manager (I assume every new player is allocated) sorted this out for me. Each rejection was made at 36hrs after initial withdrawal request so has taken over a week to sort.
Advice:-don’t use bonuses wagering requirements sky high, make sure you have a photo of you card used to deposit as they need photos both front and back, remember for each £10 deposit for example, you need to spend £30 before you can withdraw and minimum withdrawal is £50! 
Was an anxious week but glad I have got my money! :-)

Thought I’d share my experience after seeing a lot of negative reviews. I was the same as everyone else having issues withdrawing. First two attempts said rejected and they want proof of passport etc (which is fair enough as nearly every gambling site asks for this) I sent it over and it then said accepted. I went on the chat and asked when I’d get my money and was told it sometimes takes a few hours but can take a few days. As I was hesitant I went back on the chat the day after and was told 5-7 days which made me even more concerned. I did then get my money after about 2 days. Withdrew 483 euros and got paid £433 which I was quite pleased with. I’m from Newcastle UK this is a genuine review not working for the casino. I reckon people who have used this site are like me who have gamstop and have gambling issues. Avoid this site as I’m still feel i got lucky

This casino seems to have opened another scam casino Jackpot Charm everything is identical even the same ignorant live help. They did not get a deposit out of me though although being told if you deposit you will win free prize draw. Sorry heard it all before so they branching out in their scam so be carefull.

A good all rounder but a bit slow on the payment side this year. I don't like to have to keep calling and emailing customer service to get the money I am owed.

Please do not play this casino , I deposited money over 8 weeks ago , I had so much trouble with the site I asked to refund my deposit back and refund my deposit . They still have not and ignoring my emails

Difficult to know where to start. This casino is not that badly reviewed on other sites but It is hard to play here. Endless registration, terrible service and too many rules and regs that do not seem like you need them. I cannot see how I can get any decent bonus but I am OK with that. The site just is not good enough for this.

Dunno if i got lucky but i got paid out. Was by 2 random russian names but whatever. Took my money and got out of there.

Guys I was told my withdrawal for 1980 euros was accepted today and sent to my bank account. I was told it should arrive in 20 minutes...5 hours NOTHING. Reading these reviews is makiing me rather paranoid i won't get my money. Has anyone ever got money from them and can prove they did?
