Scam!!! Impossible to withdrawal your money. The hoops you have to jump through are insane

I have less than no idea how these sites that conduct reviews can say that El Royal is a highly respectable online casino. I have been playing for 20+ yrs and can tell you beyond a reasonable doubt that their games, like so many online casinos, are the furthest thing from random programs. They have them set to let you win a few bucks and then subsequently have them set to take your money. The four times I've deposited and played on here the pattern has been consistent. Keep you close to your balance and then ggradually take it.

I’m surprised that this site has any positive reviews as it’s a scam. I tried withdrawing decent winnings over 9 weeks ago and was continuously asked for the same information that I had sent a dozen times.  Customer service is useless as they always reference back the “validation department” who again, makes excuses as to why they can’t submit payment. Don’t play here unless you aren’t interested in payouts.

Verified after 1.5 weeks and now waiting on a payout that will hopefully come. Won $4,300 on slots. Customer service is awful, any communication takes 3 days between correspondence, they tell different info (some say my payout will take 5 days like the site claims, while others say 10!). Only upside is I won something, but unless the payout comes quick, I won't be playing again.

So far so good, just signed up today, played for a couple hours, won a few hundred. Went to withdraw and needed to send a whole lot of info and signed documents. Did that so now I will wait and update with how validation and withdrawal goes.

I have played here for a few months. I do not believe the site to be fraudulent. In those few months I have turned $100 into 10k in one night on three ocassions. Then I have also been able to get up 2, 3, 7k various other times. I am a degenerate gambler and that is a casino like El Royale's bread and butter. They have a heinously unreasonable wait time to be validated. I sent the EXACT same paper work to Red Dog (their clone/sister casino, same employees operators games etc, just different skin) and they still took 5 weeks to validate, making up bogus questions and asking for info that was absolutely in the first email I sent. They use their 3-5 business days for every question and response. Which is messed up seeing as they had everything they needed and still just would ask dumb questions (is it YOUR Bitcoin address?) Before finally validating. While I was never able to payout the big wins early, it was because I didn't have the control to wait out validation. Now that I am validated once I submit a withdraw it take a about 48 hours of not reducing it at all before it sends. The customer service people are actually very nice if you play as much as I do you get to know them. They do ignore any discomfort however, opting to ignore questions they don't want to answer. They treat players with a long history of spending better I feel. If I ask for a no deposit marker because it's a weird time they usually give it to me. But again I have lost thousands here. Overall, if you are patient and ensure you don't give them an excuse to ask for something else during validation, once validated they really aren't bad. Definitely no funny business with the machines. Anyone saying that is a bum loser. All machines are steaky it's not always a conspiracy.

Made many deposits with this Casino.  I wish I hadn't - live and learn.  Tight slots, nearly impossible to win anything.  Trying to withdraw anything is next impossible also.  I wouldn't plan on getting paid if you are lucky enough to win.

I don’t understand why this casino was rated so high? They have great software and easy deposits that’s it. I have deposited several times and never even a turn around to have fun. I’ve never played an online casino that played the sane every time (tight) they advertise 98% payback is not true. Online customer chat puts you on wait a long time. When I reviewed an enn m sip of a deposit bonus I emailed back and said no thank you I have deposited several times and oddly not even won more than $5 all they said was oh do you want us to cancel your account ?

A poor site with bad customer service. I wouldn't  recommend anyone to play here because they ask for ALL your banking details even when paying by credit card. BEWARE.
Doubt very much it's a genuine casino. All hallmarks of a rogue site. Rude and ignorant chat hosts and non existent support.
